Communication problem only on Motion captor

schwinny

Question

Hi every body.
i have a problem on my face with motion captor.

Randomly, the modules go offline.
The only way to put them back online is to exclude / reinclude them.

The problem arises only with motion sensors.

The battery level looks good.

Fw are up to date
modules are included in secure mode

Do you have an idea ?

Yes, HC have well known problems when modules are included as secure ones.

Yours seems just like one of them. You can search the forum.

For me, the problem was year ago, when I had to remove almost 30 secure added devices (at that time) and re-include them as non-secure.

And oh, yes, even as non-secure, it happened 3 times MS to disappear from HC2.

Already reported it to Fibaro, along with other nasty MS behavior. I doubt something will change near future and my report is taken seriously.
