Fibaro Relay Switch for my garage door opener?

Senad Aruc

Question

Dears,

I want to connect Fibaro Relay Switch to my garage door openers wall switch relay, so is this ok?

I want to use it like relay/close switch but not with 220V output :)

Thanks,

Hi @Senad Aruc,

Fibaro Switch 2 uses only 220 V AC. So you need to add contactor or dumb releay between Fibaro Switch and your garage door opener.

  • Hi

Thanks for the replay and do you have any diagram of the wiring of adding a contactor of dump relay?

Where can I find the contactor or dump relays on the internet?

    thanks,

BTW the model of the Fibaro I own is this one: Fibaro FGS-212 Z-Wave Relay Switch
