issue adding assa abloy deadbolt

Model assa abloy digital deadbolt SYEDDB/220 can add to system but will not configure and therefore unusable, ideas at all??. I was able to add locks 2 updates ago but not use in scenes, now I can use existing deadlocks in scenes but it appears adding the lock itself has become an issue. it is giving an ID etc but will not configure as per pics. all other locks i have done in the past have been coming up configured. They are still supported I hope?,Photos attached FYI. Note: the z-wave zwm-1 module is same part# etc as previous modules.

I have read a few threads on this issue but have been unable to find a fix.

running software version 4.180 on a home centre 2.

Hey Mate,

 

I have just gone through an uninstall and reinstall of the same (aussie version) lock. Initially I thought I had stuffed it, because, it would add, then do nothing. 

 

Good news is that I have got it working. the steps I followed were.

1. uninstall the lock from HC2 - follow the instruction manual.

2. I used my laptop version of Home centre 2 dashboard to add device - Add lock - Changed the duration of learning mode to 300 seconds, then hit Add.

 

I think giving the learning time more time did the trick, because the install and configuration worked. I was also finally able to synchronise the lock to HC2 so that I can now manage all the extra pin codes.

worked. also had to do a soft reconfigure and all works,
