I live in Belgium but have a summer house in Evia, Greece. I like to control the airco with fibaro and Zipato ZXT-120. In the past we controlled the airco with a Isocket smart relay GSM device. The problem is the cost of the SMS messages. After someone propose me to use the cheep but low quality Sonoff (a lot of problems). So now we start a new adventure. Hope it will works. Fibaro Home center light, Zipato ZXT-120, 2 door sensors hank HKZW-DWS01 and one IP camera Foscam C2. In the morning trying to install and in the afternoon the beautiful Greek beaches
