[SOLVED]My boiler stop counting kW/h


EirikT.

Question

Yes, it stop measuring energy usage yesterday. How do i fix it? It´s a AEON heavy duty on/of switch.

 

Edit: A restart of HC2 fixed the problem. But i have missed 3 days of measuring...

It's not unusual, sometimes Aeon devices stop to send power measurements. I believe the problem is HC2 and as you said  reboot the system helps it's definitely something wrong with HC2.

Instead of rebooting HC2, I have two suggestions for you :

1. Change parameter 101 to new value and back to original.

2. If it is very important measurement then you can poll the device by fibaro:call(deviceID,"poll"). The problem that you need to poll it in loop and not to relay on trigger.

Personally I wrote a scene than monitors activity on all my devices to avoid situation as happened to you.
