fibaro app in iphone

hello guys

 

I have a problem with setting the app on iphone.
says that my lite home center already has another associated account and does not let me associate mine.
what are the suggestions to try to solve my problem?

There is only ONE Fibaro ID account to which you connect your HC. Then you have to use that one FibaroID account first to connect mobile device with Fibaro app and after that you have to give user credentials. So you can have more than one users for your HC, but only one FibaroID account.

 

Mobile Fibaro app procedure:

  1. Install app to your mobile device and start it up
  2. First login with your FibaroID
  3. Now select HC
  4. Give HC user credentials that was added on HC in Configuration -> Access control
  5. that's it
