Wiśniowski ST-2 limit switches states

I'm struggling to interface with limit switches from wiśniowski gates, driver ST-2

Please login or register to see this link.

Currently I've connected double relay to STER1+STER2 pins to moving the gates and it works flawlessly. But having an information about 3 states (closed fully, opened fully, in between) would greatly improve my setup. That is why I would like to interface with limits switches from the ST-2 driver.

Connecting the relay inputs to them won't work because they are coupled win outputs. Having an extra relays with not used outputs seems an overkill for me.

It would be best to try with UBS but there are not enough power on COM for it. Is there a way to interface it with ST-2 limit switches?

No it's not possible easy, or you use UBS with dedicated power supply 12v or small converter 24-12V. Connect UBS In1 to circuit of full-open magnetic mikro switch and In2 to full-close...
