Can't include thermostat into HC2 (vers. 4.510)

MagicT

Question

Hi there,

I was on the IFA 2018 and visited the stand from FIBARO.

The thermostat with temp. sensor makes sense for me as my radiator is in a room niche and measuring the temperature wouldn't be so precise.

So I purchased and received yesterday the starter set (incl. temperature sensor).

While trying to include the thermostat, HC2 does not recognize, also when sitting just 50 cm away from the HC2.

Usually I have absolute not problems to include FIBARO items.

Attached the setting while I tried to include.

Thermostat is fully charged, but not installed/fixed on the radiator.

Thanks for your support.

Torsten

Też mam taki problem, nie można dodać do centralki regulatora ciepła.

Czy ktoś zna przyczynę?

Po wielu próbach udało się.
