Question

Sorry everyone, very very frustrated new user here.

I have Fibaro working ok and Alexa working ok seperately but for the life of my I cant get the two to communicate.

or should I say , Alexa doesnt seem to know anything on the Fibaro network.

So here is what I have done so far.

Loaded the Fibaro Smart home skill into Alexa.

Linked the account

Ran the discovery

in Devices it see the one device I currently have and it says its (Offline) If a Fibaro Dimmer 2

14.1 (Offline)
Multi-level switch connected by FIBARO

I can control the light through Fibaro but have tried every command I can think of to get Alexa to control it.
Can someone, anyone please please help me as our new house is almost ready for me to start buying all the lights and automation so I want this all nailed before then.

Super thanks in advance

Configuration is Fibaro Home centre lite, Dimmer 2, Alexa Echo dot
