I'm in the same boat. My device wasn't responding to the fibaro servers to check for updates etc so I decided to factory reset it. Bad idea, it became unresponsive and is now stuck flashing from left to right and back or in and out but with no way of connecting. I have tried all of the suggested methods of restoring and tried altering IP address on my computer to connect directly without joy. I spoke to the Fibaro technical team and they just said its broke and needs to be sent to them for repairs!

Absolutely gutted as it will cost £20 to send it back plus the cost of repair.

I refuse to pay out anymore and am think of selling it on ebay for spares.
