Wire up FGS-221 to switch 12V Door opener

Joystick

Question

Hi all,

I had an old FGS-221 in my basement, an I just wired it up to trigger a door opener (12v with 12VAC Power supply).

In general it is working, I just have a strange issue, that my door opener is only working when the Relay is switched OFF. When switched ON the Relay is humming (like switched on) but the door opener is turned OFF.

Hints anyone?

cheers

I have 230V as main voltage and 12V as secondary.
