Flood sensor unresponsive

Recommended Posts

I’ve three Flood sensors. I wasn’t any problem with them until I updated my devices to iOS and tvOS 12.x .

From when I ran the apple update first flood sensor became permanently unresponsive , second became randomly unresponsive, and third working normally.

If I restart the Flood sensor unresponsive removing battery it come back working for a bit of time and then return unresponsive.

From iOS home app, many information are read correctly (only battery % is missing) while  unresponsive error is occurring.

Are you aware of this problem with iOS 12.x?

Hi @Fraz76!

Are you sure it's not a range-dependent issue?

Have you changed the location of your home hub?

Is the issue still there? Have you updated iOS 12 to the latest version, iOS 12.1?
