Aeotec Smart switch6

Ishan Bhalla

Question

Hello,

I have three smart switche 6's that were connected to the Homecenter 2 and operating reasonably well.

Recently I have been unable to connect reliably to them, even though none of the devices have been moved.

The last week removed the switches from the Homecenter 2 network and did a factory reset, and now i can no longer register any of the switches with the Homecenter 2.

Thoughts?
Regards

Ishan
