Alexa + HC2 Integration

Bypo

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm not able to discover devices on my HC2 in my Italian Echo devices.

I added fibaro skill but alexa is not able to discover any devices there.

The skill is correctly connected to id.cloud.fibaro.com and the fibaro hc2 too.

Do you have any hint to solve this issue?

Thank you

I had the same in Taiwan.

After a lot of different tries, finally I disable Alexa from the Amazon account; setup a new Account and set up Alexa to the new account.

Now it works.
