Komunikacja zakończona niepowodzeniem

Question

Tak jak w temacie. Od jakiegoś czasu przycisk nie wywołuje żadnych scen. Za każdym razem wyskakuje informacja o niepowodzeniu komunikacji.

1. Sprawdź czy bateria nie zdechła

2. przenieś przycisk blisko centrali i spróbuj odpytać/uruchomić scenę

3. zrób miękka re-konfigurację

4. usuń przycisk z sieci, zrób factory reset i dodaj ponownie

 

Oczywiście zaczynasz w pkt. 1 i jak nie pomogło to przechodzisz do kolejnego, jak żaden nie pomógł to kontakt z serwisem.
