Wall plug keeps consuming energy

kevin

Question

Hello,

I have multiple Fibaro Wall Plugs but one of them keeps consuming energy and because of this is this wall plug always visible in the energy panel.

As you can see in the screenshot is uses 0.3w, the connect device is turned off.

Firmware of the wall plug and HC2 are up to date.

Parameter 15 - Measuring energy consumed by the Wall Plug itself - is function inactive. So that can't be it.

It's irritating  me:P

Kevin

To which value is parameter 15 set?

If it is set to value 1, then it is consumption by Wall plug itself.

  • Parameter 15 is value 0/inactive.
