Aeotec Home Energy Meter Gen5 - not displaying correctly

h2009

Question

Hi There, I've recently setup Aeotec Home Energy Meter Gen5 (3phase, 3 wire, UK) and after a few issues (with negative amps due to the main clamps being the wrong way around) its all working now. However on some screenshots on this forum I can see people see the 'face dial' displaying the kWh - however mine isn't.

Can someone tell me why this is when the information is available.

Aeotec, haven't been much help. They've just said make sure its updated with the right firmware (which is it 1.4v) and delete/add back into the gateway.

Thanks

it used to work but then stopped.

It has been like this for over a year now. Fibaro knows about this issue, but decided to focus on the great doorbell and the new wonderful app:)

Known issue. I have this since ever (more than 2 years). Anyway, not a big deal, values are reported correctly.

Hi, I'm planing to buy the same Aeotec 3phase Energy Meter together with a Homecenter2.

Have you got the 60 Ampere, the 100 Ampere or the 200 Ampere Aeotec Energy Meter?

According to my reseller, the 100 Ampere Aeotec should be fully compatibel with the Fibaro Homecenter2

All models are working fine, just the Kwh doesn't displayed on "face dial" icon.

Is there any scene or vd that you can get the total energy consumption. That would be very helpful as the device now does nothing. Thanks!

I have the same question.

Anyone find a workaround?

I'm looking to purchase one but seems there are still problems...

Hello everyone, I just started in the Zwave smart homes exercise, with Fibaro hc3 and one of the devices purchased is the Aeotec home energy meter, 3 phase. I got them connected, however not sure which device is reporting what. There is a mapping of what is getting reported into HC3 from Aeotec HED?
