[Resolved]: New App Login

Question

Hi,

 

I just installed the new App. After Login in with my Username and Password I get this Msg Box: „User authorization issues“! It works fine with the old app and Cloud.

 

Any ideas how I can solve that issue?

    I just got an email with a solution from Fibaro Tech Support:

     

    Quote

    Please reboot HC disconnecting it from power supply for 5-10 minutes. Please reinstall the app.

     

     

    Now it works...

    In my case update of the firmware on HC2 helped. But...after that another issue appeared… no devices, no scenes…. nothing can be seen in new application.

    I've just notified fibaro suport…

    Bugs as usual...

    i'am already running firmware 4.530 which is the newest one! So far all devices and scenes are doeing good! The only issue i have is the login with the new app!

    Same problem for me. I can login with my Fibaro ID in the Android app. The application show the HC2 untit (right HC2 ID), but iff I click the button, i recive the same error massage: Authorization issue, User authorization issue

     

    Update: After my original post the application start to wort (I restart the HC2 before)

    I could reproduce this problem too and did solve it at my place.

     

    For me it did not work for non super user accounts in the beginning.

    Than I deleted my account at mc HC2, pressed the synchronize button and the user reappeared.

    I modified the users access rights and everything is working fine afterwards.

    I'm connecting with Fibaro ID but there's nothing in my app. Only the empty screen. Just welcome home.

    I had the same problem. Restarting the HC solved the issue.

    syncing user solved my problem. If you create a room, the devices will be shown! 😉
