RS3 and Switch: doesn't go up

Calf

Question

Hello,

I installed a RS3 to venetian blinds, but for the sake of this post, consider them as simple Blinds with Positionning (I'll post another question on another bug I see).

It is all working fine from the HCL UI, but as soon as I try to use a secondary controller (Remotec ZRC-100) or a switch (ZWave.me), it doesn't work right and, in both cases, with the same wrong behavior. So it makes me think this a RS3 issue.

So, I setup the association between my RS3 and the switch (double buttons, no double clicks, in the right association groups, etc.), I get the following behavior:

  • Simple DOWN push: roller goes down fully <= OK
  • Long DOWN push: roller goes down for as long as I keep the button pressed <= OK
  • Simple UP push: roller doesn't do anything <= PROBLEM
  • Long UP push: roller goes up for as long as I keep the button pressed <= OK

I've tried with the Remotec ZRC-100 and the behavior is exactly the same.

Note: I have no switch associated to the S1/S2 ports on the RS3, I'm using it only remotely.

What's wrong? Is this a firmware bug?

Same problem here..almost the same...

I have RS3 and remote controller in association

The functioning is the same

  • Simple DOWN push: roller goes down fully <= OK
  • Long DOWN push: roller goes down for as long as I keep the button pressed <= OK
  • Simple UP push: roller doesn't do anything <= PROBLEM
  • Long UP push: roller goes up for as long as I keep the button pressed <= OK

Totall& same...I thoulght it was my fault somewhere somehow, but it seems to me that all the settings are OK..all the parameters are OK

How is it working for you if you run it from Fibaro? For me there is even more strange behaviour.

Pictures attached.

It should be a bug of Fibaro RS3, as i am experiencing the same behaviour
