After having to purchase a new HC2 (as I tried to create rackmount brackets for my old one, screwed them into the side of my old HC2 and broke a component of (partially) one of the circuit boards! DUH! Can this be repaired??), I am now trying to walk through the HC Wizard.
Step 1 (Firmware upgrade) was successful
Step 2 - Update Account (Given credentials will replace the default login and password for local admin account) fails to email me a verification code (no spam being received, no nothing!
Any ideas?
