HC2 Alarm panel: pre defined Panic Action dissapeared

Hi all,

 

in the Panels menu, Fibaro alarm, advanced tab, pre-defined actions: the first pre-defined action "PANIC" dissapeared.

I added and deleted some of my own scenes into other actions, and once the PANIC action is no longer there...

 

Does anyone has any idea how to get it back?

Has anyone experienced, that a pre-defined action dissapeares?

Almost a year has passed now and some FW updates too, but my pre-defined panic action is still missing... Has anyone experienced this over since?

Hi @johndeere ,

 

According to your picture you are missing PANIC and LIGHTS ON part. Did you try to go through alarm configuration?

Have you try to contact Fibaro support?

Yes. I am missing those features for almost about a year now... I tried restore, reload several times, I'm always using the latest FW hoping that someday that will solve all of my problems... I also contacted Fibaro, I have about a dozen of conversations with them on this issue. Fibaro tried to fix this, logged in several times into my system, but unfortunately couldn't solve the problem. They were very helpful, the agents really tried their best, they forwarded my issue to the development department, but no solution so far.

 

I also have a bunch of other problems (cannot soft reconfigure, empty routes left in routing table, sensors randomly armed after backup or restart, system hangup, alarm panel freezing, devices waiting to sync, etc.) since I unfortunately updated to that recalled FW update and lost backup. But I still hope Fibaro guys will come up with a solution soon. I keep my fingers crossed...

 

Is that first "Configure" option what you have mentioned? No, I haven't done that over since I configured the alarm for the first time. Do you think it could bring back those missing features...?

2020 October 12 ... FW version 4.600... Still no PANIC action in my alarm panel... Still some random sensors get automatically armed after reboot...

 

What would you do if you were in my place?

Would you start all over from scratch?

 

There is some solution for saving and restoring settings and scenes, but I forgot where it was. Now I am searching for it. I would be grateful if you could point me to the right direction. Thank you ...
