Shutter not fully closed in software

ketaru

Question

I sometimes have a problem that the software thinks not all my roller shutters are closed. If you look closely on my picture to Straat Links, you see that the software thinks that my roller shutter is a bit opened. In reality it's completely closed.

The problem that this gives me is that I can't use the button to open all shutters in the morning. So I have 2 options. I have to open all shutters one by one, or I open and close the bad one so my button to control them all works again.

I've tried recalibrating the specific shutter, but it doesn't make a difference. This event just pops up at random.

Does anyone here know a definitive solution?

Hi,

I have intermittent the same issue. Recalibrate the roller shutter 2 doesn't solve it. I only have it with 1 roller shutter the others are working fine.

The firmware is also up to date

  • For me it's also always the same one. This morning it did it again. I hope it can be fixed.
