Login password reject even when it's correct

Question

Why does login fail with an email and password that's correct? 

 

It even fails when I report forgotten password and Dibaro sends a new one.

If you encounter this problem, the only way to solve it is to make a ticket at Fibaro. It is not something you can fix yourself.

Hi Guys,

I had something simular.

Try the default password as if HC2 is new.

In my case it happends after making a local backup>>>>> not able to get in and as a big surprise HC2 was empthy!!!

I started all over again.
