    nice noname ;)

    but, you can wire with z-wave relay with alternative (Dry Contact Out?!) power here vcwHk7kWAO.png

    one notice here, you can't control done of operation. your device can't send callback command what your door is _full_ opened or _ful_ closed. otherwise, you should buy and mount an additional 2 relays (sensor-end) on top and at the bottom

    FGS-222

    IMHO

    220V used only (!) as main power for FGS222

    No no no no

    according your manual

           U=Up
    S= Stop D=Down
    + / - = Dc 12v

    12v NIOT 220v

    220v we are needing for powering Fibaro module (L/N)

    next 12v we are needing for powering remote manual control

    so, while you don’t have Fibaro FGS222 we can playing with your garage door manually

    find power 12v (warning D.C.) and connect to + - respecting polarity)

    Done

    Find short wire and connect (touch) : one wire to + second (touch) to U or D your door must start opening or closing

    wait, You know, I didn't think to ask.

    can you check BEFORE: what is power/voltage in [+] / [ -] terminals in electrical installation WHEN your device is running (220v - ON)

    my guess - it's not [IN[ it's [OUT]!
