Not able to factory reset Heat Controller

Carsten6000

Question

Hi,

using Radiator Thermostat starter pack.

Several problems occured.

Using right now Samsung Smartthings - but just ordered HC Lite.

1.st problem - not able to connect to external thermometer

2nd problem - not able to factory reset

As far as I noticed I should be able to connect up to 3 radiator thermostats to 1 thermometer.

When trying to get thermostat to show blue color and confirming with 1 click - it doesn´t start to connect when applying 1 click on the thermometer it doesn´t seem to connect.

Tried to remove from z-wave network. And then do the factory reset - but again it doesn´t work.

What to do?

Anyone knows what happens if you install the radiator thermostat vertical?

Regards,

Carsten
