Roller shutter does not stop with toggle switch

joramk

Question

My FGR-223 v5.0 does not stop the roller shutter when the toggle switch is switch off (aka stop). I have to press the same direction once again and then after switching off again the roller shutter stops.

It is this sequence: UP (roller shutter starts) -> OFF (still in up mode) -> UP (still in up mode) -> OFF (roller shutter stops) .

The operation mode: is roller shutter with positioning. The device is calibrated and set to toggle mode. I am using a HC2 v4.530.

I would like to stop the roller shutter instantly when the toggle switch is switched off. Which parameter do I have to set to change to this behavior?

I only suggest you should read the user manual of FGR-223 v5.0 where everything mentioned properly about connections and working of toggle switch. If toggle switch is not working properly after all the settings then need to call your roller shutter installers. Experts can come to your place to check internal settings of shutter, If your under warranty period and insured.
