Dimmer2 starts always 100%, does not remember dimming level

Question

Hi all,

I have a strange thing with one of my dimmers (I have more...). All dimmers work fine in but with one, when I push the button on the wall, the light goes always to maximum (100%) output, dim function through the push button works, but when I turn the light off and then on again, it starts at 100% again,...al my other Dimmer2 dimmers don't have this issue... they keep the last dimming value in memory, but this one doesn't
Any thoughts about this?

  • Other problem:

    Dimmer2 has an other problem.
With the switch I only can turn on to max, or min, not something in between.
So, dimming with the switch is not possible. However, the last dimming percentage is stored...

I can dim with app, no problem....
