Notifications do not work

Question

Does Fibaro have a problem with the notification server again?

 

not working since yesterday 16.5......

On behalf of the FIBARO team I apologize for the inconvenience. We ran into an issue with notifications - it was not particularly linked with the app. The issue has been fixed and it should work flawlessly from now on ;)

push notifications stopped working after upgrading Appstore app (iphone and ipad) to v 2.28.0 :( 

mail notifications work though

Same problem here. I just rebooted because last time (5 days ago) this helped.

Or is there a Fibaro server problem? I hope, I''m rebooting a lot last weeks :(

I have the same problem! Since yesterday (afternoon??) all notifications are down. Rebooting indeed does not help. 

I assume the Fibaro Cloud Messaging server is down. 

 

I hope the Fibaro staff can provide us with an answer and solution!

    Same problem for me to since yesterday morning. Email does work but no iOS notifications.

    This is indeed our fault.

    We’re aware of this issue and we’ve already forwarded it to our engineers, who are currently working on resolving it as soon as possible. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience it caused but I have to ask you for a little more patience.

    Once this is fixed you will be able to receive push notifications again.

    since a couple of hours, the notifications work again on my side.

    Same problem for a few days. The notifications worked again for a few hours, then again nothing. Only mails work.

    No email since last night. So no push notification, no mail ! It's very disturbing. Thanks for acting quickly.

    Same here, this morning no push message on my iPhone.

    This is really annoying and I'm happy I have not yet purchased any additional motion sensors to build an alarm system.

    PUSH and EMAIL not working!!!! How can this happen? So for safety and security if something happens at home I get no alert while Fibaro server is down???

     

    Email I thought goes straight from HC2 - but must not? Even email won't work as backup?

     

    This is worrying...

     

    FIBARO - How can we rely on system for our safety and security if push and email can fail so badly???????????

    This is really bad Fibaro! Like mentioned, we rely on your system for our safety and security. 

     

    Why hey make the transition from google to your own messaging server if this thing is down all the time?!?!

    Still no notifications. Restarted my Home Center this morning and still nothing.

    I use the notifications with a motion sensor for watching my daughter when she goes to bed. Past night I wasn't relaxed when the system didn't work.

    Fibaro advertises with safety for children. @T.Konopka, can you give us a status update about the notification problem?

    All is OK, mail and sendPush to IOS devices (after reboot and reinitilization of all IOS devices)
    I just hope it will not stop ! :rolleyes:
