Roller shutter 3 impossible to include HC2

Hello, 

 

I have Home center 2 since 5 years, already 2 roller shutter 2 since 5 years,

 

I ordered 10 roller shutter 3 and I can't manage to include it none of them in HC2,

 

Already tried :

 

Reboot,

recovery,

update of HC2

Secure mode, network wide inclusion,

Pressing S1 S2 B

Reseting the roller shutter 3

all other equipements are being included immediately

exluding the roller shutter 3 is also not working

 

 

What can I do ? I can not immagine that all the modules are broken, it seems that it is the HC2

Well the last 2 things to do:

1. reset roller shutter - I believe you already did it and I don't think this is the issue, but always worth try once again

2. check working frequencies - Are you sure you bought UE version?

Is HC2 close enough at the rollershutter relais while pairing?
