Can the Bypass wire into a global neutral?

I've got a comms box with terminal connects where all my lighting, power and switch wires feed into.  I've attached the wiring diagram for this.

 

What I am confused with though is how to wire in the Bypass.  I can connect 1 end of the Bypass into the switched live terminal with a jumper (Red A2's), however I dont know where the Bypass expects the other end of the feed to come from.

If I connect the other end of the Bypass into the global neutral as I have in my wiring diagram, is this going to cause issues, or does it need to be connected to the return wire from the lights before it gets to the global neutral terminals?

@Evostance, I suggest to my customers (whose are installers from 70%) to connect Bypass to same ligh circuit as the light.

 

But if light goes back to rack, then i think your connection diagram is correct.

I wasn't sure if the Bypass needed to be connected to the same circuit to calculate the load or not, hence the question
If it was connected to the global neutral in the rack, it'd obviously throw any calculations off
