smart inplant parameters

Hello,

i bought a smart inplant fgbs 222 but when i add it i cant see all the parameters it starts with 24 and i need to change 20 and 21.
it also needs a update but it does not show the firmware update button?

Did you try to exclude and reinclude it again ?

Not to far away from your controller while adding to the network ?

To me it seems inclusion not properly done.
