Overcurrent allthough load is less than 250w

Question

Hi all :-)

Australia 240V supply

I have a job that has me a bit miffed. We have roughly 25m of LED strip controlled on various drivers. These drivers are switched through two dimmers that are associated to each other. The largest load on one dimmer is around 180W as shown in Fibaro and also calculated as slightly lower. The other load is around 115W as per fibaro gui.  For some reason they will work for a few on/offs but then go out on overload and wont turn on. At first it seemed they would work better using the push button and were dimming and in sync fine, so I locked them out of showing in the gui for now for a better customer experience until resolved. Then on return the fault was also on the pushbutton.  #frustrated

I wonder if anybody can shed light on dimming LED strips in large lengths? What am I missing?

Ive tried disabling reporting of alarms and turning off overcurrent protection but still the same. Somehow it still registers an alarm and shuts down.

Any ideas?
