Need to click twice to switch on/off

Smartie

Question

Hi All,

I installed the Double relais switch (although only one relais connected). The wall switches work well. However, when I try to switch on/off through the app (using Hom.ee), I always have to switch on/off twice in order for sth to happen. Meaning: If light is on, need to switch off, then on, in order for the lights to switch off. Same vice versa. Any idea? Is it one of the parameters?

Is the switch far from the controller? It might be that the switch has not a good connection with HC2. Maybe you can try reconfiguring the mesh network (z-wave).

@Smartie it can be a setting, but i think it's youre controller, you are using hom.ee and i think you should drop the question overthere.
