Question

I've bought a new smart implant and used a 12v DC adapter to power it using the red (power) and blue (gnd) wire. I've checked that the wires are correctly provided +12v DC.
I don't see any LED on the device indicating that it's powered up, but I don't know if there is any LED?
Then I tried to include the device in my Fibaro Home Center Lite installation. I've pressed the button on the smart implant 3 times quickly. Also I tried to do it a bit slower.
But no new device is found.
I also tried to include the smart implant in another z-wave installation, using an Aeotec z-stick and using Domoticz. Also there no device is found.
I've returned the smart implant to Amazon and ordered a new one. The new one is acting again completely equal to the first one.
So my thought is that the device is not broken, but I'm probably making a mistake.
What am I doing wrong?
