Hello @Smoke69

We're aware of this issue and we've already forwarded it to our engineers. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We are constantly working on integrations with third-party devices but because of large number of such devices it can take some time. I have to ask for a little bit more patience.

hi there,

I have a smiliar issue with 2 out of 4 sensative comfort strips.

They used to work before several month on the system. But updating to 4.560 turned them into "uncofigured".

I tried several options:

- soft reconfigure

- hard reconfigure

- deletion and re-adding

- restoring backup

- downgrading to 4.550

but nothing brings them back to normal operation.

@M.Andrzejewskaanything we can do to get them back working?

No, I don't agree that it "can take some time".

It's something that was working, not flawless, but worked and you broke it in one of the updates.

Please understand that these devices are used in the system usually to controll heatings and other temperature related stuff.

With the winter coming the tolerance is close to zero ...

BR - kro

I am facing the excact same issue for Sensative Strips Guard and unfortunatelly I have these in all my house!

I also contacted Sensative where they told me that up until version 4.540 it worked well in HC. 4.550 and 4.560 does not work!

This has to do with security for our houses so this is critical also... Now its just useless devices that cannot be used in scenes...

From Fibaro.com site it is advertised that it is a compatible device... See

..

Please fibaro fix this...

I downgraded to 4.544 beta and the strips work again like they should.

Had to redo some stuff, as you can't use newer backups .. but hey ... a small price for warm rooms :)

Note to myself: don't upgrade if it aint broken

was cheering to early. It's showing uncofigured again ?

Rumors say you need 4.540 and below for this to work. At least for sensative strips guard. (I havent tested it..but this is the feedback from sensative).

Fibaro should fix this.. It has to do with security of our houses..

I have two new Sensative strip which they have the same problem. They will not configured. But what I can see that my two older Sensative strips from two years ago has version 0.1 but the new one they have version 0.8. I think the template of these devices shall be updated from Fibaro, otherwise they will not accept the template and the device will not configure correctly.

    hi @Avinther,

did you have to exclude/include them again?

i tried to reconfigure without success. First it seemed to work.

but after a restart they are uncofigured again.

I have sensative strip comfort version 0.4

    @kroeatschge

Soft reconfiguration was enough. I have a mix of version 0.5, 07 and 0.8 thou. And they are still working fine after restart.

Maybe you should try to exclude/include them again as you sugested.

tried also an include/exclude. Even reset the strip.

but no change. first includes correct, but then after a reboot it's uncofigured again.

I have another 0.4 strip that works ... clueless.
