No network connection

Hello, I have an issue on my HCL, when I try to connect from app, I receive themessage "No network connection" , which change to "Connection error, go to configuration and type in valid Home Center IP or check network connection".

On id.cloud.fibaro.com is the HCL but it is not available.

Physically everything is connected, there are as well all 3 LED on.
From web browser  I arrive on interface of my HCL and all works.
Remote access is allowed, changing between DHCP and Static does not help, restart neither.

 

Does anyone else have this issue?

Hello @Nando,

 

are you trying to connect to HCL from new mobile app Fibaro Home Center App, or the old one?

 

Recommendations:

  • Check if in LAN Settings of HCL - Remote access is allowed and its value is YES
  • If you are trying new app, try relaunch Wizard (First launch assistance of HCL setup). 
  • Also remove HCL from Fibaro ID and register again.
  • Do you have same Login and password for HCL and Fibaro ID? Fibaro is key sensitive for login email address.
