amatt 5 Share Posted February 8, 2020 I added 2 brand new oomi multi-sensors (Similar to Aeotec). It added every sensor but the motion on both units on multiple attempts. Has anyone had the same issue with oomi? I tried with and without security.
Sankotronic 1,333 Share Posted February 10, 2020 Hi @amatt , I can see 5 sensors added and all are clear except the first one 588.0. It seems like motion sensor is added as multilevel sensor instead as motion. Can you open that one for editing and see on Advanced tab what does it say about device kind? Also does it change that 0.00 reading when motion is detected?

I've just added this multisensor to my network and I can see that is not well accurate (light sensor shows low lux) and motion sensor is not detected. (the sensor is working with 5vdc via usb). I hope this can be fixed soon. regards,
amatt 5 Author Share Posted February 14, 2020 I emailed support and this is what they replied with..... Hello, Unfortunately, not all functionalities of devices may be available. As it shown here: https://compatibility.fibaro.com/compatibility/oomi-multisensor/ You can send us a template of this device and maybe in next software version of Home Center there could be a full compatibility. I am sorry for inconvenience
