Configure Philips HUE device

RuneN

Question

Having a question using Philips HUE lights.

I have a HUE device which I am not able to delete from Home Center.  If I delete and confirm deleting it still comes back.

Hi @RuneN ,

HUE plugin that you use automatically add devices for all HUE bulbs found on HUE bridge and if deleted will be added again. You can only delete HUE plugin master device but then also all other slaves will be deleted.

Still, if you delete HUE bulb from HUE bridge then you can delete also its device on HC2 and will not be added back.

Alternatively you can delete HUE plugin and then install:

HUE AIO VD advantage is that you can control all kind of individual bulbs or even group of bulbs while HUE Preview VD makes installation and setup easier since it will get all HUE bulbs and group of bulbs and show their information needed.
