HC3 / user

Hi

 

 I have now got my HC3 and I like it alot. But my question is, I try to log into the system with my Ipad and the system refuse me to log in.

I read on internet and the topic was "it is not possible to use two ore more iPhone / Ipad with the samt user account"  

 

Is it true or that kind of problem can I have ?

@Rob_Athome, Can you access dashboard? If not continue with Wizard (clicking on Next) to get there. I have here now 4 HC3 (beta and training ones) and it works flawlessly.

 

Dashboard is top left button.

In my case I have many installations with Fibaro ( in customers house ) with a Ipad on the wall as a "control center" with the old Fibaro app. Now then I try this at my home I can't logg in with my Ipad ( on the wall with the old app ) to my new HC3. Is it working or not with the same user account ? I use the new Fibaro app on my Iphone and it works perfect.. But I also want to use my Ipad as described....

you should not use the old apps with HC3, they are not 100% compatible. For iPhone the Home Center is the solution, for iPad there will be solution very

soon.

A new iPad app with the same design as the new iPhone app or just web UI?
