The system HC3 depends on what to do

Hi there
After I had registered about 40 devices and created about 8 climate plans, I did a Bachup on the HC3.
The HC3 then started properly (after finishing the backup).
Then I created about 30 simple scenes with:
If door open or window on heating plan Manal to 8 ° C.
If door and window close Activate heating plan.
Then a backup was created this time on the cloud and it seemed to have worked out.
Then the system started and now hangs with the screen:

The same is true yesterday.
I started in recovery mode and played back the backup
with the same result.
Even an older Bachup didn't work and showed that it behaved the same way.
Then I made a factory reset out of despair and started again.
Now the same thing!

Hi there

After I sent a Suport request to Intuitec (my dealer), I received a message today that I should import Firmwhare 5.021.038.
This was successful and got the system up and running again.
Now I continue to install and try to understand the system.
I hope that it will continue without such problems.
