Why can’t I see all my Fibaro devices in Alexa app?

MrConstruction

Question

I have been using HC2 now with the Fibaro skills ever since they were available. My problem though is that the Alexa app cannot discover any of my Fibaro motion or door sensors.
it sees my Aeotec Wall plugs, Fibaro Dimmer 2, Hue Bulbs and Hue motion sensors. It  cannot see any Fibaro sensors in the app. I have disabled both Fibaro skills, deleted Alexa app and setup again (Alexa remembered my previous config)

no matter what I do or have done for the start I can’t get Alexa to see these devices.

Alexa app up to date and Fibaro HC2 running 4.580

I have read topics here about clearing all the devices and setting up from fresh but I don’t see any forget devices option or delete all.

any suggestions?

thanks

@A.Socha Thank you for your guidance.

I ran through both as you listed but Alexa app still doesn't see any Fibaro sensors.

I don't know if this would affect the issue or if others can tell me if theirs is the same but when I check my skills in the drop down menu in the Alexa app I can see both Fibaro skills as active and linked but if I go to devices>'Your smart home skills'I only see one of Fibaro skills listed (FIBARO Smart Home Skill)

I also do not see all my Fibaro scenes.

But then when you look down the list it says you cannot discover these security type devices

    It all seems very contradictory.
