, ive had over 2000 requests in the last few days. Any ideas how to disable this?

Fibaro is infamously known for bad programming of requests. The Norwegian weather service YR had to block Fibaro for a while because of constant bombardment of their service from Fibaro's Homecenters

you actually posted 21bytes more than Fibaro  HCx is downloading each time while accessing update.fibao.com, really tragic.

Now while you opened the Forum, to post what you posted, you downloaded 23 times more that your Fibaro HCx did withing these "few days" asking for update Version availibility.
