Thermostat linked device

fervefdsv

Question

Hi, I'm running HC3 on 5.021.38 and I created thermostat linked device - using temperature from door sensor and wall plug. I then defined zone in "Climate" panel using this thermostat. But changing the temperature in the Climate panel does not turn on/off the wall plug. And on the dashboard I can't manually change the thermostat value. Am I doing something wrong?

  • Thanks @A.Socha, let's hope the update will be here soon. Is there any workaround for now?

Also on a related topic. I have, for some rooms, custom algorithm that takes into account i.e. outside temperature. Is there a way to create thermostat using QuickApp? Probably the closest is Binary switch and then just hacking the temperature with label and +/- buttons. But that's kinda lame and it's not going to work well for mobile app.

We are working on that,  it is still not ready so you will not found that in next version but it will be done in Q2

  • Thanks. The heating season is slowly over (at least here), so I'm happy to wait (and for a while keep using my "old" controller) and migrate fully later.
