Push notifications does not work

Hi

Anybody else having problems with push notifications?

For me it stopped working last week and is still down, everything else works fine.

I have restarted my controller several times.

have you "ipdated" the iPhone app version to 2.28.0?

 

It looks like problem of version 2.28.0.

Hi, no, i have both the new app 1.7.0 and the old one 4.580 installed.

Same with both ?

Hi, ha ha , you are right, the version i mentioned above is the version of the HC. I do not know the version of the old app actually.

I did managed to get push notifications to the new app though.

Well done! Congratulations! Anyway, it would be great to know, which version of the "old" app you were using. You find it on your iPhone in Settings, scroll down to the particular application.

Seems like push stopped working for this some time around 10.th of april

Same problem with my iphone.

this is the third time the past year that this issue apears. @Fibaro please fix this!

works for me now but only to the new app, could be that Fibaro has shut down push to the old app?

Hi @Valneg73 - how did yoyu manage to get push working on new app? For me they are not working neither on old one, nor new.

Could it be the version of the app you are using, i am still on 1.7.0 on the new one.

Notifications started working again with my devices
