actually very simple:

Fibaro Intercom -> HC2 or HC3 -> Fibaro Intercom Plugin -> LUA Scene (on Incoming ring, on Motion, on butto pressed …) -> Smart Implant -> Ring Doorbell (with Smart Implant connected to Ring's button and Motion sensor -> Alexa Setup to notify when Ring is calling.

ok, let's make easier (for HC2 and HC3):

step 1 ->

step 2 ->

Please login or register to see this link.

step 3 -> LUA Scenes which triggers on Fibaro Intercom Action (Motion, button, relay …) and call the LUA from step 2

EDIT: yes, premium account costs 23EUR/year, but honestly who cares? In a year maybe there will be other solution (e.g. native support by Fibaro Intercom, or HC3, no idea …).

    Hello,

    my original question was how to do it without HC ... Intercom is very expensive device, it works well, it uses cloud to work and I believe this is not too much of a problem to make it work without HC. At least with some limited functionality like opening/closing gates.

    There is (part of) Intercom API available

    Please login or register to see this link.

    as well example app for Windows (with source code) which does use Intercom API beyond the available part of the API

    Please login or register to see this link.

    In principle you need to recompile it, with action "call http" (or ask @Krikroff to add such Action to his app) on ring or Motion, and call the Code from my previous post. That would be for Windows, but for sure one can use the Intercom API on rapsberry as well.

  • Ok, it's look much bettter.

    Thank you very much - I hope that I will do it. I will buy smart implant and try to do it during the weekend :-)

    If I will use it I could connect implant with standard door bell - maybe it will work also. How do you think ?

    Leszek, czy udało się Tobie zaimplementować ten smart implant w dzwonek? Chcę też to zrobić aby podpiąć wideodomofon Grandstream z przyciskiem otwarcia furtki do układu smart implant Fibaro. Ciągle zastanawiam się jak to zrobić i nie mam pomysłu.
