Motion sensor lux level is 0 even in photo light at dawn

I have the motion sensor report light intensity throughout the day, and use this info to control exterior and interior light.

The graph shows it reports various light throughout the day, but when the dark period starts it ends up reporting 0 lux even if there is more than enough light outside.

Is there a way to calibrate the sensor?

I am based in Norway.

The photo is shot at 23:53 last night using my iPhone 7

In my opinion lux measuring by sensor is not so aqurate.

    I use Fibaro and Steinel.

Experience is both have sometimes a deviation. I notice but whats that without hard facts that if its heavy cloudy the value is different.

However I always have learned that if you have a scale of 0-2000 the first and last part is not so aqurate as the middle part of the scale.

Sometimes my curtain opend on the outside lux sensor in the middle of the night! Solved by adding sunrise + and -.

In the house I had 2 pieces in the living room and sometimes the dark part shows more lux as the bright part.
