@jgilabert I face the same problem. Have you been able to solve the problem in the meanwhile?

I am more and more frustrated by fibaro. Literally everything you try from Fibaro fails at first and you find yourself spending hours to solve the problems they should have solved before selling it to the market. You have posted your question on June 20 - with no answer for more than 2 months. @fibaro, are you dead or alive?

Hi @person2000 and @jgilabert,

Stop all scenes.

make sure no alarms are active

Do a soft config of the device. (wake up the device)

Do a mesh config of the device.

Reboot the HCx

Wait a few minutes.

Try to update the device

 If update fails.

Bring the device closer to the HCx approx 1 mtr.

Do a mesh reconfig.

Try to update again.

Hi All,

Please check how did you add your Heat Controller? As secure or not.

I had the same problem when I added it as secure. I found solution on Polish forum. You have to remove Heat Controller and add it back as non-secure.

Finally I did successful upgrade - after 8-10 tries... and other errors... but possibly distance from HC2 is a key. HC2 i 2 levels higher... but it works... you have to be patient and use non-secure Z-WAVE connection.

I hope it will help.
