iPhone 11 PRO app problem (login to app)


Hi all,

I have 2 following problems with mobile app:

1) Could't use Fibaro outside of house - in LAN everything was fine, but by internet (Poland, T-mobile LTE) fibaro couldn't connect. It broke from day to day - without any update of software.

2) I uninstalled fibaro from phone, and installed it again, but right now is not possible to login to app - ofc I made a reset of password (can login threw webpage), I receive an e-mail:

Failed login attempt to FIBARO ID account

We noticed failed login attempt to your account that seemed suspicious.

Consider changing your password to not used for other services if you did not attempt to login.


Time: "I deleted"

IP address: "I deleted"


You can ignore this e-mail if you entered your password incorrectly by mistake.

Looking forward for any advice.


Btw, I can't login threw http://dom.fibaro.com/cmh/home-center/list now as well - I can only by using internal address: 192.168.x.x.
