Climate Zone adding issue

envie

Question

Hi.

Im having issues with adding a climate zone. The Add zone is greyed out and i have 6/7 zones added.

Tried unlearning and adding the thermostat again. Resetting hub etc. Anyone got a clue how i fix this?

Also got the same problem when deleting a Zone i could not add it again.

Thank you.

    Hi @envie,

    Just logged on

Please login or register to see this link.

Used the same cloud login as the admin account on the HC3.

Then I have no restrictions on the climate zones (adding and deleting works perfectly)

But if a use an "user" cloud login, I cannot do anything in the climate zone.

    Does did make any sense?

I think the best thing to do is contact support about this issue.

I have the exact same issue with HC3 5.50.13 fw.

I am logging in with local IP, and either if I login with local/ cloud ID account to local IP I can not add/edit climate zones.

I am familiar with the limited changes on cloud id admin webpage, therfore I always use the local IP login.

Anyone manage to sort this issue?

Same issue here with HC3. Add Zone greyed out in Climate configuration. No zones added.

    HC3 fw 5.130.45.

    Any ideas anyone?

That was me being stupid. To be able to add Climate Zone you need to have thermostats. Either physical or virtual devices made up of temp. sensor and a switch/valve/actuator.

Only then can zone be created. One per Thermostat.

Great! How can I create a "virtual" thermostat on HC3? I have temperature sensor on each of my rooms and a Fibaro Smart Implant controlling my boiler, but I can't still add zones...

EDIT: never mind... already found the answer (but can't find a way to delete my comment... sorry)...
