I don't get what you mean, can You explain it a bit more ?

music - knx does not send any data over KNX bus, it does use other medium to play it - like any other system, like zwave based systems

touch panel - knx panel costs much more money than nice big ipad, with you favourite smart home app

 

so as you can see, you are wrong in both points. However, for the second point, there are touch panel zwave based systems on the market as well, you can use Fibaro modules on these systems, so i think you simply haven't checked the market properly, e.g

You can use as well other systems, which can get zwave fnctionality added, as e.g. RING.
